Too Good to Play

Age and grade are general attempts to keep activities relatively equal and fair. This little fellow is apparently good at pitching. What fun is that for the rest of the players. The other team cannot hit so no one ever gets on base.  For his fellow teammates what fun is it to stand around doing nothing. The other guys never hit so there is nothing to do. Push him up a level or three.

If a fellow in the 3rd grade liked to play football and he was 5'10" and weighted 140lbs and hurt everyone he hit. Would you move him up or kick him off the team? If a fellow was great at Karate and injured other participants what would you do, kick him off the team or move him up.
