The soldier who asked the infamous question of Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, was given the question by a reporter from Chattanooga who then contacted the soldier responsible for calling on the people to ask questions and persuaded him call on the soldier with the question. Has anyone considered a court martial for one or both of those soldiers? Who is running these news conferences the military or the reporters?
