Politics - Business as Usual

"Every election is a sort of advance auction sale of stolen goods." ---H. L. Menchen

"After all, what does it mean to be a politician if not that you promise favors---coerced from the taxpayers---in return for support from key constituencies?" ---John Stossel

Senators voting for the bailouts of all sorts know those who benefit will be more likely to vote for them. Buying votes with our money. That's politics. Governor Blagojevich verbalized what goes on everyday and that will be his downfall. Not what he said but that he said it at all.

Look at the news too see all the people waiting for Obama to take office and then give them money.
