Shoe Thrower

The fellow who threw his shoes at President Bush should have the hand he used to throw his shoes, amputated. To disarm him and to protect future presidents both of his feet should be amputated.

Both would be more lenient than Saddam would have been. Saddam would have killed his family, his friends, and possibly his neighbors.
